Shulishader Beag is a short distance from the centre of Portree and can easily be reached by the bus route serving the town. Portree itself is approximately 35 miles from the Skye Bridge and mainland, where Kyle of Lochalsh railway station gives access to Inverness, Edinburgh and Glasgow.
