This is a two bedroom flat with two bathrooms and a balcony. I have been living at the property for over 2 years and have occupied the master bedroom. I am looking for a flatmate to occupy the second room (Single room). I have furnished the whole property myself and all amenities are available to use. You are welcome to make adjustments to the room and this can be discussed during the viewing.
The total rent for the flat is £1200 (excluding bills) and it will be £600 each.
I am a working professional who is quite friendly, outgoing and sociable. I love having friends over occasionally and I am looking for someone like-minded to share the flat with. I love football, gaming, movies / TV series, music (Techno / House), reading and social drinking.
Following a discussion with the landlord, I will continue to be the primary tenant of the property, while whoever moves in will be the secondary tenant. As a result, if I were to choose to leave, then the apartment would need to be vacated by both of us and I would like to make this clear up front. I am in the process of trying to move to London for work and I am currently looking for opportunities there. If I were to secure a job in London, then we would need to serve a two month notice and vacate the property.
You cannot automatically transition to a primary tenant status. If you wish to return to the property, you will need to formally get in touch with the landlord and apply for a new tenancy. Following this, they will conduct their relevant tenancy checks and your return will be determined by the outcome of this review.
