This is a fantastic student house with a modern kitchen/ lounge / dining area on the ground floor.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, washer/ dryer, oven, ceramic hob with extractor hood, microwave, kettle, toaster and two large fridge freezers with plenty of cupboard storage for each person.
The living room has two leather sofas and a 50" HD TV with a couple of coffee tables.

The house has 5 good size double bedrooms, 1 slightly smaller room and one HUGE bedroom all with IKEA furniture. The bedroom on the top floor has it's own lounge area!!
Bedroom furniture consists of double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bin, desk & chair.
We provide curtains. There are ample plug sockets and a TV aerial cable in each bedroom.
There is great Wi-Fi speed throughout the house and in every bedroom.
