As you can see from the photos, here’s a home that’s well cared for by the landlord, who’s looking for tenants who’ll take as much pride in the place they live in.

You’ll have a private bedroom, with high ceilings and period features combining to give a real sense of space. Brand new bedding will be included too for your stay.

We have 2 rooms available with ensuite bathrooms, and two with access to a shared bathroom.

Whatever room you choose, you can use the shared kitchen and fully furnished living room, equipped with all the appliances you’ll need to enjoy self-catering independence while you stay in Plymouth, the latter with a comfy sofa, dining table, and a wall-mounted TV.

All communal areas are cleaned fortnightly, a service that’s provided by the landlord who is registered with the UK Association of Letting Agents

The location of this 6 bed Plymouth house is just 15 minutes’ walk from the city centre, although there are local shops even closer for all those essentials. Getting here by car is a good option as there’s free on-street parking right outside of the house.

As regards costs, there are NO application fees and your deposit will be secured in the Government's DPS scheme. Your rent will include council tax, gas, electric, water bills, high-speed broadband and TV License all paid for by the Landlord!

Unfortunately, we cannot accept housing benefits, pets or children in this 6-bedroom Plymouth house.

Key Replacement - at reasonable cost
This will buy you a new key for the next working day.

Locked out Fee -
We do not provide a locked-out service, however if you require a locksmith out of office hours, we recommend calling the out of ours number provided. They carry a master key. A charge will then be discussed between yourself and locksmith directly.

Ending Tenancy Early – at a reasonable cost
Only to be charged once a replacement for your tenancy is found and that person moves in. Covers the cost of administration and marketing.
