The location of this 6 bed Plymouth house is just 15 minutes’ walk from the city centre, although there are local shops even closer for all those essentials. Getting here by car is a good option as there’s free on-street parking right outside of the house.
As regards costs, there are NO application fees and your deposit will be secured in the Government's DPS scheme. Your rent will include council tax, gas, electric, water bills, high-speed broadband and TV License all paid for by the Landlord!
