Good sized double (14 x 13ft) available in super spacious and friendly Victorian house-share in Stoke area. The others in the house are professionals (arts), late 20s, to 30s, (FFM), get along well, and are long-term tenants.  The common rooms include a large double sitting room (two rooms separated by sliding doors, one a sitting room, the other a reading/work room), a eat-in kitchen (24 x 11 ft), three bathrooms, and a small garden.  

The bedroom has high ceilings, newly painted floors, rugs, new king-sized bed, and mid-century wood wardrobe & chest of drawers.  


All bills included (council tax, internet, cable TV, water, gas, elec).

This is a warm, comfortable and relaxed home & I hope you would want to stay long-term. This is actually a 5 bedroom house, but only 4 bedrooms are, or will be, occupied - so a lot of space.

NB:  There is another room in the house becoming available 1 Feb - you'd have the whole floor to yourself, with bathroom, and use of another room to use as office/sitting room.
