Currently empty and available immediately - we would love to find someone to occupy a spare room in our home. Our house (as can been seen in the pictures) is a Victorian terrace, located at the bottom of Lisson Grove (Mutley Plain). We are located roughly a 15 minute walk away from the University/College/City Centre, 10 minutes away from the train station and only 5 minutes or less away from Mutley Plain and local bus routes.

The house currently contains 1 male (26) and 1 female (25), both full time working professionals (working in telecommunications & marketing). We would prefer someone between the age of 18 to 35.

The available room is situated on the first floor at the back of the house. It is medium sized and fully furnished, containing (as can be seen in the pictures):

- Double bed.
- Bedside table
- Large wardrobe
- Chest of drawers
- Small desk
- Office chair
- Brand new blind

There is a small bathroom on the ground floor containing a toilet, sink and small mirror situated under the stairs. The main bathroom pictured is situated in the attic on the second floor (in future we hope to move this to the first floor).
