Room in a Shared House, Jenkins Close, PL9

I have a spare double bedroom available in my 2 Bedroom semi, I am the Landlord and live at the property in the second bedroom, there is off road parking. I am 61, respectful, easy to get on with, gsoh, positive, I am looking for a female only house share.

I have a nice warm comfortable spare double bedroom to rent. The room is clean, a new king size bed and bedding. I have reduced the rent and deposit, which are negotiable, for a little support from females 20 to 40 years old. I have had male helpers live in previously however I was not given good reliable support from them, you would still be able to work Full time if you wish as I am not looking for 24 hour support.

If you feel you want to relocate to Plymouth Devon, very close to the coast, beaches, a reliable bus route, I have a car if you are aged over 25, have a clean full driving licence I can put you on my car insurance so you can use my nice new car.

I am a clean person, clean house, I am easy going and easy to get on with, gsoh, respectful, looking forward to have company to house share with me. i have attached a pic of me so you have an Idea what I look like, I will be honest I am a single man not that will impact on any lady who may want to house share with me, The rent is negotiable so is the deposit, I will except DWP or benefits payments for a female who is suitable.
