There are two rooms available now (room 2, double, £90pw, room 6, large double £93pw) as existing students are staying with family during lockdowns. Minimum term until 10/7/21.

From 4/9/21 two students have reserved rooms (1 male, 1 female, both studying Directing at Plymouth Uni, aged 24 and 20). 

Deposits (£250) are held with the government approved Deposit Protection Scheme.  Sorry, strictly sole occupancy students only, individuals or groups welcome, tenancy agreements are individual.  No agency fees or any other additional fees, no agencies, please.  HMO fully compliant, Covid-19 compliant viewings.
