Excellent landlady! 10 out of 10.  I was a tenant in one of Elizabeth's rented properties as a student at Plymouth University for three years. Throughout my time living there, Elizabeth was a excellent landlady. All issues that were highlighted were always dealt with promptly. Due to the nature of my course, I required a small amount of flexibility within the academic year and Elizabeth always tried to accommodate me as much as possible.
