This will begin your referencing and hold the room for you for up to 15 days. The room will be taken off the market during this process.

Tenancy Deposit - £200
Your deposit is held with The Deposit Protection Scheme and is refundable when your move out depending on the condition of your room and your rent being paid up to date.

Key Replacement - at reasonable cost
This will buy you a new key for the next working day.

Locked out Fee – N/A
We do not provide a locked-out service, however we provide tenants with a locksmith out of office hours telephone number.

Ending Tenancy Early – at a reasonable cost
Only to be charged once a replacement for your tenancy is found and that person moves in. Covers the cost of administration and marketing.
