There’s also a dining table in here, but don’t save it for meals - use it for games, work, whatever you need to.

If you’re arriving from overseas, or you’re planning a trip to the European mainland after you’ve stayed here, it’s worth knowing that you can catch seasonal ferry services from Plymouth to France and northern Spain. Taking the boat can certainly make a refreshing change from flying!
