- Room next to shared toilet and shower room. Shared kitchen and garden facilities.
- Advance month DEPOSIT of £600 on move in date
- Monthly RENT is £600 per month (including utility bills, free Netflix TV in living room and free Full Fibre Broadband Wi-Fi).
