For those unfamiliar with the area this is a nice, quiet area of the city. There are all local amenities within walking distance and all major transport links are close by. 

There are local shops, take always, chemist, doctors surgery and even a public house less than 5 min walk away.

The city centre is approximately a 20-25 min walk but there are buses running on a regular basis.
