You will be renting directly from me, the landlord. My aim is to keep my tenants happy in our property.

Process
1. You view the place and love it!

2. You pay a £200 holding deposit.
A holding deposit stops the property from being viewed by other applicants (however the property may still remain advertised but it will show as let agreed).

3. You pay a £20 referencing fee per person.
By paying the fee, it allows us to start your referencing.

4. Upon successful referencing, we will prepare the tenancy.

5. You pay a further £300 deposit when you sign the tenancy (minimum 6 months).

6. You get the keys and move in :-)

• All rent paid will be monthly, in advance, by direct debit.
