Looking for one tenant, preferably a working or student woman.

We have a big, beautiful furnished room with a sofa, bed, and wardrobes. The room has two doors (one opens into the garden) and comes with your own separate toilet.

Apologies, preference is for a vegetarian, but you can have ready-to-eat non-veg food in your room. A small fridge and microwave can be provided in the room.

You’ll share the bathroom and kitchen with the homeowner.

There’s parking on the private driveway at night, and plenty of free street parking during the day.

We also have a lovely big garden, and the house is in a very good area. Plenty of private open space outside of the house. There is very good connectivity with the Bus. Two bus stops are on the door. 

Rent: £625 including bills.
