The flat: laminated flooring throughout the flat, nice furniture & very efficient central heating system available, advanced fire alarm system installed, extra tall fridge-freezer, dishwasher & washing machine fitted, all cooking equipment supplied; income calls and speedy wifi provided. Sky TV can be arranged to share with the current tenant.

Featured with a big & very comfortable double bed, with foam mattress; dining table, desk, and chairs, big wardrobe, drawer cabinets, located at upper floor with extra space.
The rent: (including broadband & incoming call line rental, factor fees, and building insurance)
