Full Description:

West Lodge is a spacious detached bungalow house overlooking fields and forest. Located in the woodland area of Limpsfield, on the edge of the commuting town Oxted. The main entrance hall is spacious, with storage space in a side unit, as well as a coat and shoe storage facilities. Off the entrance hall is a small study which contains a large corner desk, a comfortable desk chair, a bookshelf and a built-in cupboard. The large living room also comes off the entrance hall, and it includes two sofas (one four-seater and one three-seater) as well as seating/storage in the window seat. Down the passageway are the rooms, and there is also a linen cupboard off the passageway. All rooms are carpeted. The main bedroom is large and en-suite. The town of Oxted is less than five minutes’ drive from the house, and offers an excellent range of schools, a mainline station, Everyman Cinema and a range of restaurants and bars. It also includes a Morrison’s, Sainsburys and Waitrose. The well-regarded infant school, Limpsfield COE, is in walkable distance from the house, as is the highly esteemed independent primary school, Hazelwood. Other schools in Oxted are St Mary’s and Oxted School. Oxted is situated mid-way between the towns of Sevenoaks and Reigate and whilst being within reach of Croydon and central London itself, the towns of Crawley and East Grinstead are also easily accessible.
