There is also a dining table area and a living room with seating and a TV. There is a shared bathroom on the second floor with a separate W/C. All crockery and cooking equipment is provided and the communal areas are cleaned fortnightly by Ox Living. On-street parking available!

The double room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. ALL bills included no hidden fees!!
NO DEPOSIT OPTION
We now offer a no deposit option, minimising the upfront costs you have to pay! Instead of a standard deposit, you can pay a non-refundable service charge equivalent to 1-weeks rent. Like a traditional deposit, you will remain liable for any unreasonable damage or rent arrears at the end of the tenancy. You can still opt to pay the traditional deposit which is equivalent to 1-months rent.
