The Area
City of OXford is approximately 5 miles, it takes 10 minutes in a car to get to Cowley road and you have Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s within 3 miles/10minutes.
The M40 is 20 minutes away and the A34 is 15 minutes down the road.
We have a pub 30 seconds from the house and another within walking distance, both serve excellent food and drink.
Public transport is limited so you will need your own car or if you are avid cyclist a bike would be perfect.
There are buses from Nuneham Courtney into Oxford and Reading. To get to Nuneham Courtney you can cycle or drive your car down to the end of the lane and a park it there.

Non-smoker would be preferred, however, this could be negotiated.
Single person or a couple are welcome, however, there would be an additional charge for a couple.
Guests are welcome, within reason.
Late night parties not acceptable.
