I have two lovely rooms available in my house in Old Marston, very clean and quiet.

I am advertising them separately.

About the house:

The house is nice and clean. It is in a lovely very quiet area, which has the feel of a small village and yet is very close to the city centre. You can reach the city centre in 10 minutes by bile (9 minutes according to google maps) through the lovely University Parks, and on foot in about 35 minutes. There are two bus stops: one round the corner of my house for buses 14A and 17C which bring you to the city centre and rail station in about 10 minutes, and the other bus stop is about 10 minutes away from my house with more buses stopping there.

Of course you are welcome to use the kitchen and cook and to use all my kitchen utensils including cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, kettle, etc and also you will have a cupboard for your food and space in the fridge.

It is ideal if you would like a quiet place to live in a lovely house.

About the double room

It is very big, and has lots of storage space.

There is a very high quality mattress (worth £1200), a desk and desk chair, and a big wardrobe. The current tenant prefers not to have a bed frame, but if you prefer a bed frame I will of course get a proper king size bed.

There are double glazed big double windows and a double radiator.

For single occupancy only. If a couple would like the room the rent will be higher

About the single room (advertised separately)

It is small but cosy, has been just renovated with walls repainted, new blind installed, new wooden floors, and a new high bed and brand new desk.

It has a cupboard for storage in the wall, and it's lovely and quiet.
