I will have two double rooms available in my house in March. The rent is £550, £570 all inclusive. Rent paid every four weeks. I am a live-in landlady. I am an academic researcher at Oxford University, and would like to share with like-minded people who work hard and like a home-like environment, clean and quiet and safe.
The house is an HMO for five, it is recently renovated with a large kitchen and dining area. There are three toilets, bathroom / shower and an extra shower to share.
The house is located in Florence Park / Cowley area, OX4. It is very close to two large shopping areas, and only 1.5 miles from the city centre. There is a frequent bus service to town and to the rail station.
