Located just behind the business park off Cowley Road, this room is perfect for professionals who are working in the business or science parks, BMW, or the hospitals.

The street itself is lovely and quiet but don’t let that fool you, there is a handy direct bus to the city center a short walk away as well as it being only a few minutes away from the hospital.

Plus, as a final extra perk, this property comes complete with great housemates!

The room is fully furnished and available to people in full-time employment only. NO STUDENTS.

There is also a cleaner that comes on a fortnightly basis to do the common areas. No need for cleaning rotas at this house :)

We require a £250 deposit for the room however, only a holding deposit of 1 week's rent is required to reserve the room and hold the room for 1 week for you to complete referencing. The remaining amount of the £250 deposit will be due when your referencing is complete.
