New 2-bedroom apartment situated along Botley Road in Oxford, offering a convenient link to the city centre.

Me: live-in professional landlady – someone who values quiet evenings and maintains a peaceful living environment. I'm up for occasional socialising but like to chill and spend time alone and looking for someone similar. I love taking strolls in nature and dancing salsa. 

You:  Someone clean and respectful. Non smoker. Females preferred. 

Bedroom: freshly painted double room with essential furnishings including a double bed, nightstands, built-in wardrobes, desk, chair, and lamp. Additional storage with a chest of drawers is available upon request. Wi-Fi and all bills included. Available for one professional but occasional guests are welcome. 

The bathroom is shared, kept tidy.

Living space: open-plan kitchen/dining area equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, kettle, and toaster. Feel free to use the provided tableware or bring your own.

Outside: nearby conveniences such as a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, local shops including Aldi, Tesco Express, Iceland, Decathlon, Currys. There’s McDonald's 5 min walk away and a couple of pubs. You can also enjoy the tranquillity of large meadows perfect for relaxing walks.

The room will be available starting mid April as I’m finalising the refurbishment.
