The rent is £595, which includes all bills (Council Tax/Water/Electricity/gas/Internet/TV licence ). The room features a double bed&mattress, a big wardrobe, a dressing table and a kitchenette. The new kitchenette is equipped with microwave,fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle. You have own shower room with WC. Dish washing service is provided by us on daily basis. The only thing you need share with us is washer dryer.

Within 1 mile radius / 15 minute walk, you can access London Road shops, Oxford Brookes University and hospitals. 100meters away from bus stop which brings you to city center or hospitals. It is an ideal place for professionals who worked at Old road campus (0.7mile), Churchill Hospital (0.7mile), Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre(0.5mile), JR hospital(1.0mile).

1. No noise is audible outside of the room from 11pm-7am daily.

2. If you are keen on cooking,this is NOT suitable for you as the kitchenette is only for simple food preparation
