1. The loft room is en suite and very spacious.  2. The back room is in fact two rooms, one about 3.5m x 3.0m  and the other a smaller box room which easily takes a double bed.  3. The front room is 3.5m x 4.0m.
There are two communal areas downstairs (the dining and sitting rooms) as well as a recently fitted kitchen.
The bathroom that serves the two first floor bedrooms is downstairs - not ideal but this has never been a problem with tenants.
