We are renting this property for the landlord while they are abroad. We would like to rent it for a minimum of 6 months or longer. The rent is £2450 per month, incl all utilities, TV, wi-fi and council tax bills. If desired, we can arrange for a weekly/bi-weekly cleaning service (£15 per hour).
