  If you have read this far you are probably a serious enquirer.  Please understand that the family currently living in the house are entitled to 24 hours' notice of any viewing.  Before that viewing, the private landlord will ask how you will afford the rent and bills, how long you expect to need the house and how many people you expect will live there.  Without that basic information, the time and disturbance of a viewing may well be wasted so the landlord will turn down such a brief request.

Mature students and their families are welcome but undergraduate students will not be covered by the landlord's insurer.
