In the beautiful rural village of Osmington in Dorset's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and just a mile from the beach, this beautiful thatched cottage could be your perfect escape to the countryside.

The cottage offers 4 sizeable double bedrooms, each with spacious built-in wardrobes.

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with basin and WC.
There is one additional recently re-fitted upstairs bathroom.

Downstairs we have the kitchen, a large living room, separate dining room and a WC. The living room has French doors to directly access the decked area of the garden.

The property benefits from one designated parking space and there are two further "overflow" spaces as well as plenty of on-street parking.

The cottage is generally accessed through from the rear parking area and then through the back garden (laid to gravel with a small seating area that catches the sun which is a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee). The front garden is fully enclosed (we are happy to have a pet in the cottage) and benefits from some lovely plants and a low maintenance small lawn.

We are about a 1 mile walk from the beach and are surrounded by Dorset's Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, but just 3.5 miles from Weymouth and all the shopping and restaurants in the town centre and the wonderful harbour area.

Absolutely no smokers accepted due to the thatched roof and fire regulations. Also please note that due to complications regarding the fireplace and the insurance, with it being a thatched property, we have disabled the fireplace in the living room so this doesn't work - but the central heating does so you'll always be toasty warm!
