The spacious, furnished bedroom for offer is on the second floor, along with a freshly painted shower/toilet room.  

Beautifully decorated throughout, the house is a converted mill, so has some unusual features – including spiral staircases to both floors and beamed ceilings throughout. The first-floor living area is incredibly spacious, with large windows, high ceilings, and a brand-new L shaped blue velvet sofa and armchair. There’s a brand-new retro-style fridge freezer in the kitchen, as well as a dishwasher, and washing machine (in a separate laundry room). The kitchen is bright and airy, with a cheerful yellow dining nook. There’s a private, quiet, sunny backyard that's the perfect place to relax.  

The bedroom is offered furnished with brand-new clothing rails. There are beautiful, original beams throughout the bedroom, with plenty of storage space. The bright window has green, leafy views. 


The homeowner (only other occupant) is an author who works in publishing and can promise excellent taste in food, wine, books and TV.

There is on-street parking in front of the house. Lees Village is well connected, with buses every ten minutes direct to Manchester, and is close to the tram station for getting into Manchester city centre. Lees Village is home to a new Aldi, coffee shops, salons, bars, a steakhouse, and a lovely post office. Beautiful Uppermill is a short bus ride or drive away, with its lovely cafes, bars, restaurants and boutiques. The picturesque Greenfield, home to a large Tesco, and stunning Dove Stone reservoir, is close by.
