A 250 GBP refundable security deposit applies per stay (one hold per booking, not per night), placed before arrival and released after check-out if there is no damage. Strictly no smoking or vaping (evidence of smoking incurs a 1,000 GBP deep cleaning charge). No parties or events. Quiet hours 23:00-07:00.
