The property is an end terraced house property on Don Street in Old Aberdeen. 

The property has a front and rear door. The property is entered by an entrance hall and the living room is to the right with a kitchen off from the living room. There is a back door from the kitchen into a rear mature garden. The living room faces the front of the house. There is also a double bedroom on the ground floor which is rear facing.

Upstairs, there are several built in cupboards on the upstairs landing, a bathroom with a shower over the bath and a double bedroom, which is also rear facing.

The house is carpeted, has white net curtains at the windows and a neutral roller blind in the kitchen and bathroom. There is vinyl flooring in the kitchen and bathroom.

 A guarantor may be required to countersign the tenancy agreement and other identified references/credit checks may be required, prior to the granting of a tenancy agreement, depending on the personal and financial circumstances of the successful tenant.
