We have 3 double en-suite rooms available in this high end shared accommodation located on a private road in Sherwood Rise, Nottingham. One room has been newly decorated with a brand mew carpet.

The house is ideally located, close to numerous shops and supermarkets. There is a bus stop within a 2 minute walk from the house with regular buses to the city centre.

The rooms are fully furnished with mirrored wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and bed including a memory foam mattress.

The large en-suites have a walk in shower, wc and sink.

The former hotel is huge with lots of space which includes a large kitchen fully equipped with new appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 fridge freezers, 2 cookers and a microwave. There is a sitting area with a flat screen TV and dining area and a separate conservatory that opens out onto a stoned private garden.

There is a large private car park. There is also a secure shed for the storage of push bikes.

We also use a professional cleaning company to clean all the communal areas.
