You are welcome to a room and other facilities in this lovely home in gorgeous Attenborough. (Station and direct fast Skylink bus to University Park in 20 minutes, also to City Centre and to Derby, and East Midlands Airport).

Top floor 2 single rooms which share a shower and a separate toilet on the same floor.  (We will also shortly have available a ground floor single en suite for £600.  As it has two single beds it is suitable for a second person for occasional use.)


Also on the upper floor you will have access to a brand new smart mini kitchen for lodgers with hob, oven, microwave, fridge and washer dryer. It is very like a mini flat up there! Photos of the new kitchen will be added next week.

People love the peace and nature of the area -yet only 20 or so minutes away from University Park , Nottingham city centre, and also the convenience of Lidl, a 15-minute walk away, along with M&S Food, McDonalds etc at Chilwell Retail Park.

I am a friendly, family-oriented busy single parent of 7 grown up kids, and have won awards for hosting on Airbnb as I enjoy giving people a welcome but also some space!

I am looking for professionals who work outside the home but I may consider mature students.
