We own a 5 bedroom 3 storey property in Mapperley with 2 en-suites, 1 shared bathroom, 2 reception rooms, a downstairs toilet, large kitchen diner, utility room, double garage, driveway with parking available, loft storage and large garden.

The house is located 15 minutes drive away from Nottingham City Centre. There is a Sainsbury’s and a farm shop on our doorstep and we are located within 15 minute walk of Mapperley Top which has various pubs, restaurants, shops and other amenities. The closest large supermarket is ASDA in Arnold city centre which is a 5 minute drive away and consists of more pubs, restaurants, shops and other amenities. We are a 5 minute walk from Gedling Country Park which has many different walking routes.

The room is on the first floor furnished including double bed with gaslight lift storage, wardrobe, bedside table, lamp and desk. You will have access to the main bathroom which includes a shower and bath shared with 2 other people.

The main larger reception room is used as our lounge with two comfortable settees and a armchair. Where we have a 65 inch TV with Netflix, Prime & Disney subscriptions which you are free to use. This room has patio doors to a small balcony with table and chairs for 2 people.

The kitchen diner includes a double fridge freezer with ice machine, double oven/hob, smoothie maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and microwave. It has 8 seater dining table and chairs with 43 inch TV on wall and kitchen island too for additional worktop space with 2 seats. There are patio doors too which have a lovely view of the back garden.

The downstairs reception room has a large sofa and arm chair and is generally used for entertaining. This room has sound proofing and has patio doors to the garden.

The utility room has washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, and airer for your use.

The double garage has a pool table, dart board, and is currently being converted into gym area too. There is a 58 inch TV in there with speakers, a weight collection, an indoor cycling bike, and Peloton gym subscription including various classes. All of which you would be welcome to use.

The garden has patio and grass area with a water feature. We have a BBQ, a double sun lounger and 9 seater table and chair set ready for the summer.

You will be living with myself aged 28, my brother aged 26 and another male aged 24. The lads are into gaming and outdoor activities. I’m into socialising, gigs, camping, and fitness.

We are looking for a working professional who is clean and tidy. I have a strict no loud noise after 10pm policy on weekdays as I start (Email Removed After Let) will respect if you keep yourself to yourself but also we are more than happy to chill sometimes too.
