A four bedroom house with two shower rooms and WC's ideally suitable for four friends sharing or four individuals. Well maintained and furnished house, a short walk from Nottingham University campus and the Queens Medical Centre. Conveniently located with good bus and tram services to the city centre and Beeston for shopping and leisure.

The house is fully double glazed and insulated with gas central heating and hot water. A security system, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are all installed. The kitchen is fully fitted with storage cupboards and worksurfaces, sink, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils and crockery, etc. A small utility area is fitted with a washing machine and separate drier. Vacuum cleaners, dehumidifier, ironing board and iron are provided.

Three of the bedrooms have double beds and one with a single bed. All have wardrobes, desks, chairs and cupboard space.

Water and broadband are included in the rent. Gas and electricity are not normally included but we are happy to assist our residents to find the best suppliers.

The rent equivalent of £98 per person per week offers good value for money and includes water and Internet services. A summer concession of reduced rent is available when the house is unoccupied during July and August. (The summer rental concession offers a significant saving over full year contracts.)
