I am looking for a student preferably attending Nottingham Trent University to share a house with 5 male students.

The house is a stone's throw away from the Nottingham Trent University City campus on Shakespeare Street and the City centre.

The house is located in the popular student area of Arboretum.

The house itself is a very large 6 bedroom Victorian Semi detached house with a large front living room and a very large modern kitchen diner area with 2 Fridge freezers, washing machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. There are 2 bathrooms and a utility room. 

New double glazed windows have been installed throughout the whole house less than a year ago which will help to retain heat and keep your bills lower.

In the bedroom there is a double bed with mattress, Double Wardrobe and a desk with a chair.

Location wise, the tram is literally on your doorstep and there is a 2 minute walk to the local sainsbury's store. 

Regarding the rent and length of contract, the rent is inclusive of ALL bills - Gas, Electric, water and Broadband. The length of the contract is a 52 week contract beginning on the 1st July 2026 - 30th June 2027. 

To sign up, is very easy and you are only required to pay a deposit of £500.

It is a very popular house, and this idea is shared by the current students who have stayed on for another year.
