Room in a Shared House, Stylman Road, NR5

There are 3 rooms at £345 per month, room 2 @ £335 and Room 4 which is £320, this will include a cleaner for the communal areas. The contract runs from 1st September until 30th June 2019  ( so only 10 months to pay rather than the year), but can be extended if required. The utility bills generally work out at approx. £45 each per month but that is metered so does depend on usage but this is how much it has been over the last couple of years. The house is in a nice quiet residential area of Norwich,but close ( a few minutes walk) to a local shopping precinct where there is a small supermarket bakery bank etc.
All the rooms are let on an individual tenancy basis and they will all start with new students from September.

The university is within walking distance but some students prefer to go by bike or bus, but there are plenty of parking spaces if you have a car.
