Prefer people looking long term close to 6 months onwards but if you are a good fit for the group will also appeal may consider shorter.

3 bed detached house, near UEA & Hospital in the Chapel Break area NR5.

Suitable for non-smokers, who are ideally working PROFESSIONALS or mature long term students and importantly reliable with good references, who are looking for a home and not just a room, share a film once in a while, and to create a nice family vibe but can also understand when personal space is needed.

Colin - From time to time you may see me residing in the room I mostly travel. I myself, enjoy cycling, dancing, music, yoga and from time to time volunteer as I have passion for helping people when and wherever I can.

Wayne
Works at the Aviva, having been at London before, and comes from China land of the Panda. Rarely about though mostly spent in London with his new born kid and wife.

Fung
Due to move in soon  in late January.  Car mechanic and a creative handy man so I am sure he will popular in the house.

Preference is for a female but open, like for like replacement and to balance out the house but if we are open if we get along.

We love our travelling

The house will have no more than 4 total.

5 min bus stop with direct links to UEA and NNH, 10 minutes from shops, doctors, and take-aways.

Household speak English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish and we're trying to learn Japanese!
