Heath House is home to a unique collection of one bedroom retirement apartments with residents enjoying a communal lounge, gym, salon, crafts & cinema rooms with an onsite Concierge team. 

IF THAT’S NOT ENOUGH, we even have a guest suite for family members to stay overnight and the option 24/7 on-site care.

When renting a retirement apartment at Heath House, you will enjoy an all-inclusive package that includes:

• Council tax
• 2 hours of domestic cleaning per week
• 24hr emergency monitoring service
• Warden alarm linked to concierge office
• Onsite concierge arranging your daily activities
• Electricity, heating, lighting and power to your apartment and communal areas
• Internet access
• Water and sewerage

• Weekly laundry (bedding only)

All of the above is included for just £1,750 per month fixed, with no variations or hidden surprises.

The apartments come either furnished or unfurnished - for the same fixed all-inclusive monthly amount - so if you wish to bring your furniture with you then you're most welcome. We will gladly assist you with the move with our onsite concierge team helping you to install and lay out your furnishings!

Our onsite concierge is based on site in the dedicated office from Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. Should you require additional care, this is provided by KarePlus via a personal care plan (separate to our all-inclusive rental package).

Should you have any family or friends looking to stay over, you can hire the family guest suite. All you do is arrange it via the onsite concierge team.

We offer a sector leading well-being programme whereby our onsite concierge team arranges regular events and activities so you can enjoy the retirement lifestyle you deserve. All of your chores - cleaning, shopping, paying bills - are all taken care of for you. If you need a taxi, we will call it for you. If you need to order your weekly shopping, we will order and stack it for you. If you need your haircut or a bit of pampering, we will arrange it for you. All onsite at Heath House in the comfort of your own home.
