The centre of the house has a large communal lounge, complete with 49 inch SMART 4K TV and a couple of large sofas with patio doors leading to the garden area. The kitchen/diner is very large, and occupies the entire basement. 2 large fridge/freezers, 2 ovens, 2 sinks, 2 hobs equating to 8 rings, washing machine and tumble dryer. Plus, the small appliances are included too - iron, kettle and toaster.

The main bathroom has a full sized bath in it, with sink and toilet. Each ensuite has a shower, sink and toilet within it, plus a cupboard for storage. The rooms are all very large, and location of the house is perfect. 

Tenants must be full time students and due to the profile of the existing undergraduate tenants it is preferred if you are under 25 years old. 

You must have a UK resident guarantor- this will be someone who has a minimum of 4 years good UK credit history and a good credit rating. This person will sign to say they will pay the rent if you are unable to do so.

The rental term is 11th of July 2022 for 1 year.
