This lovely terraced cottage is conveniently close to the bus stop and 20 min walking distance to Dorking Town. Wonderful nearby walks in the National Trust Holmwoods , a local mini supermarket plus  ]duckpond on the nearby green to relax at.

This is a large double bedroom on the ground floor with an adjacent loo and basin. The room is fully equipped with TV, netflix and all necessary linen. The bathroom has bath and separate great shower. There is sse of the new shared fully equipped kitchen and a living space with all modcons.

Parking is easy right outside the house on the street,

Sharing with two great guys who hardly use the kitchen and are at work all day . One is rarely at the house.

I, the owner, live next door so always on hand to assist if necessary.
