Room in a Shared Flat, Somerset Road, CH2

I am looking to start renting my recently decorated, fully furnished spare bedroom.

Within a fairly large, well furnished flat in the Kingsway area of Chester (no more than a 25 minute walk into the city centre).

I’m a very clean, working professional engineer who works a lot more than he should. But when I’m not working I’m either up a mountain or with my partner (who may occasionally stay, with notification).

I have a driveway which I am happy to give up for the right tenant for an additional £5 a week.

I’m not just looking for a tenant, but someone I could get on with, potentially make friends with and enjoy my home with. I’m a very happy “go-lucky” kind of person who’s far too laid back and doesn’t take a hit Int too seriously.

The rent is £550 a month. All bills, super fast fibre broadband, Netflix and amazon prime tv are included.
Free use of the entire flat is welcome and I want you to feel completely at home.

I like a carefree, relaxed environment in my home. I don’t play loud music or come in at all hours drunk and making a noise. (I barely drink and prefer to quiet life).
So I’m sorry, no party animals considered.

As a working professional, I’m only open to similar, so again, I’m sorry but no DSS considered.
