Room in a Shared Flat, First Avenue, BN9

We have a large double bedroom we would like to rent out. The room has a double bed, bedside table with lamp and a wardrobe, plenty of space for additional furniture if you have some. There is a shared bathroom with a standing shower, roll top bath, sink and toilet. There is also a very large open plan kitchen and lounge. The kitchen has all the usual facilities and includes, washing machine, dishwasher, and FF.
We have Sky broadband which is included in the rental price.
There is free parking on the street if you have a car and we are close to a 12x bus stop and also a short walk to the train station.
About us - We are a professional couple, busy through the week. We enjoy to spend time in the evenings relaxing at home, watching movies and cooking. The room would ideally suit someone who likes peace and quiet.
We have a cat called Vegas, you would need to be comfortable living with a cat as he is an indoor cat and doesn't go outside much, he loves sitting with people and mostly sleeping.
