Located on the edge of the town moor in a lovely area. The city centre is a 20 minute walk, 5 minutes on a bike and bus routes just across the road! Very close to all the local amenities too.

The housemates are a fun and friendly bunch and all get on well. They have a wide variety of interests, from playing/watching sport; music and going to music events, watching movies (either at home or the cinema) and relaxing around the house and chatting with a cuppa.
All working professionals so have moved on from the 'student life', and are respectful towards each other's working schedules.
