I’m looking for a student to takeover my room in a lovely 6-bed all girls house on Forsyth Road, West Jesmond, from 1st January to 1st July 2026.

The Room:

• Fully furnished, double room
• Bright and spacious, with great storage
• £154.65 per week (bills included)

The House:

• 6-bed student house with a friendly group of girls (all Newcastle Uni students)
• 2 bathrooms, large kitchen + living area, outdoor area
• Great location - close to Osborne Road, a 5 minute walk to West Jesmond Metro and a ~20-25 minute walk to the medical school/main campus respectively

We are a lovely, easy-going group who enjoy chilled nights in - ideal if you’re looking for somewhere sociable but relaxed.
