Rental Details
Rent for each room differs slightly in accordance with size however the outstanding quality is consistent throughout.

Each room is fully bills inclusive, so you only pay one fixed fee per month. This includes, Rent, Gas, Electric, Water, TV License, Council Tax, Super-fast Broadband Internet, Sky Television and a fortnightly Cleaner.

The Deposit is £300. 00 per room which is registered with and held by the Deposit Protection Service (DPS).
