THE IMPORTANT STUFF: We want you to feel at home in the house so we will arrange for anyone who wants to move into the property to meet the current tenants before signing the contract to make sure you all get along and would like to live together (unlike most landlords who will just put people in rooms).

THE TERM: 1 room is available now and the other 2 from the 1st of Sept with the contract ending on August 31st 2021 with the option to extend after this date. However, if for any reason you want to move out earlier, you just need to find someone to continue your Tenancy (There is a £50 exchange contract fee and we are always transparent about everything).

THE LOCATION: The property is located on 81 Bolingbroke Street (NE6 5PH), 1 minute away from the Number 1 bus stop and 10 min walk from the city centre.
