There is a washing machine and tumble dryer and we also provide a vacuum cleaner and iron with ironing board.
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to move in and live, so we also provide pots, pans and cooking utensils and enough crockery, cutlery and drinking glasses for all tenants living in the house. There is a mop & bucket, dustpan and brush and various cleaning items that you might need! Although we also provide a regular cleaner for all communal areas.

Do you accept DSS tenants?
No, we only accept people who are working professionals or on internships for our properties. This property is suitable for working professionals and Medical Students. References and background checks will be required on application.
Do you accept pets?
Although we love pets, we do not allow pets to live here. So you'll have to find another home for your pooch or moggy while you live in one of our houses.
