We have a double room available in our private home. We are professionals (therapist and singing teacher) and two dogs. The room is lockable and furnished with bed, table chair, books, microwave, fridge, cutlery, glasses, clean towels, bedding changed weekly (or as needed), Place to store clothing, hair dryer, iron, bathroom with clawfoot bath and shower. We are looking for a FEMALE professional or student who needs a room a couple of days through the week or week days only (no weekends). There is NO use of the kitchen or washing machine. But, as stated you have a fridge and microwave in your room. All inclusive and free fast wifi. No TV in room. No guests allowed. FREE parking on street next to house. 15 minute walk into Newark centre. Must be OK with dogs who exhibit doggy behaviour and sometimes the sound of singing lessons downstairs during the afternoon. We generally keep to ourselves and totally respect your privacy but, will be on hand if you need us.
